Keith's books are superb for General Orders and first hand accounts and are one of my first go to's when doing research.

Inky he also has the book of Local General Orders that I have found invaluable. Its been out of print for a while so you may struggle but its worth trying.

Inky I dont have it in front of me but I think it is 'Local General orders of the zulu war of 1879'. And yes its by Keith Smith. Its valuable in tracing men that were issued with any form of movement order, transfer, promotion etc.
