Looking for information on Lieutenant Justice of the 13th Light Infantry

Evidentially he wrapped himself up in the colours. But for what reason, and whose colours, the Light Infantry’s,

I found a small article, on the back cover of a transport pamphlet regarding a museum visit.

The colours belonged to the 80th Regiment.

Justice and another officer handed them back to the regiment. Can't remember the other officer’s name. The colours I believe were recovered from the Intombe River incident. But don’t quote me on that.?
