was noted as EF ( extra Fine ) .

Major Charles Henry Bennett Williams was born on 8 March 1854. He was the son of Sir Hugh Williams, 3rd Bt. and Henrietta Charlotte Williams-Wynn. He married Hon. Mabel Emma Boscawen, daughter of Evelyn Boscawen, 6th Viscount Falmouth and Mary Frances Elizabeth Stapleton, Baroness le Despenser, on 18th April 1882. He died on 17th September 1944 at age 90.
He gained the rank of Captain and Honorary Major in the 4th Battalion, Oxfordshire Light Infantry. He fought in the Zulu War in 1879. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Flintshire. He lived at Eyrl, St. Asaph, Denbighshire, Wales.
