Misery again as usual, the question is, to the dark green Glengarry of this battalion :it's black Tassel or not Tassel ?

You're nice, Salute last year, I dug the thing and I think my conclusion was that:

Only the Scottish regiments : 91st & 2/21st

or with a Scottish connection : 90 th & 99 th

had tassels on their Glenngary or Glengarry ...
