t's been these '' Very interesting observations '' as you call them that have sparked much debate on several threads on the
forum , for example the pro Chelmesford and others faction , to the Negative faction blaming Chelmesford and others . I had a quick read but didnt find anything new . I suppose it all depends on what camp your in , I , for what its worth , blame many of those involved . Seems it was a collection of mistakes all culminating in the disaster .
