I'm Guessing he is (Arthur Tremayne Buller)

And his brother is (Redvers Henry Buller VC)

Did Arthur Buller ever serve in the Army? I can’t find any reference to confirm it.

Now you mention it, I can't either. Not really much on him. ? That photo does look a bit like Buller.
