Garrison Sergeant Major Thomas Healey. Cetshwayo and the wheel barrow

Taken from an article about his son but where he mentions SA exploits and his father, Garrison Sergeant Major Thomas Healey. I can't find this chap in the medal rolls.
However there is a private 59 T Healey 3/60th 1879 clasp.
Can anyone help with the name of the two regiments stationed in the Cape Colony in 1872? I know the 1/13th didn't arrive until 5th January 1875 and the 1/24th also arrived that month.

The 32nd (Cornwall) Light Infantry were in the Cape Colony in 1872, having been previously been on the Island of Mauritius, which they left due a severe outbreak of malaria in the regiment.

The 75th (Stirlingshire) Regiment arrived in the Cape in 1870, and had detachments in the Cape Colony, although by 1872 the majority of the 75th were in Natal.

Apart from a certain Mr C you may know Wink

and a private King there is no one else from the 32nd
Captain Essex and Lieut Baynes are the only men from the 75th.
The only thing I can think of is Healey must have transferred Regiments before the start of the AZW.

The mention of him by his son of being at various garrisons could suggest 2/4th Regiment but they didn't arrive till January 1879 and there is no Healey in their medal rolls scratch

More info about his father being the sergeant in charge of the escort that brought in the Prince Imperial

Hi All,
Could not find anything to fit, but a large draft of the 32nd volunteered for the Zulu War mainly for the 1/24 draft after Isandlwana, there are T Healey 1/24 No.1704 1879 Bar only, and W Healey 1/24 No.1917 1879 Bar only, could be this man's father.

Also found the following non of whom i expect is the above father. Henry Barlow Healey b.Oldham 1848 attested 18 June 1872 to Royal Engineers to S Africa 27 Feb 1879, Natal 5 April 1879, passed Medical board at Durban for change of climate 6 Aug 1879, to UK 20 sept 1879 discharged 7 May 1891 18 yrs, married Margaret Hobbs 6 june 1875 in Hougham Dover. Probably dies May Qtr 1892 Dover and is Buried in St James Dover.
Joseph Healey born 1855 Pimlico London, attested 29 feb 1876 to 69th Brig No.1046 4 March 1876, to 38th Brig No.7291 99th Regt to S Africa 4 Dec 1878 Zulu War, to July 1879, to UK sick 35 days in Hospital in Natal, between 9 Jan 1880 and 22 Dec 1880 he spent 112 days on Sick List at Devises Barracks, discharged 15 Jan 1881 at Portsmouth.
John Healey born 1847 Seago Armagh, enlisted 16 May 1864 age 17, to 58th Regt No. 1088 to S Africa 26 Feb 1879 to 23 June 1881, served Zulu and First Boer Wars, Gunshot Wound 28 Jan 1881, discharged 19 July 1881 at Netley. Married Margaret Mcshane 30 Dec 1875 in Lurgan. possibly diesDec Qtr 1904 Lurgan Armagh Cty Down.
