| Hi guys Time for me to log of for the year and spend quality time with my Kiwi grand children, scheduled to arrive in an hours time. To all the forum members, Merry Xmas and a really happy new year. To Admin, thank you once again for hosting this fantastic forum and for putting up with all the crap through the year, far as Im aware only one banning.
In January I hope to be spending some time on the battlefields, with maybe an interactive session with forum members. My son has a web site that uses GPRS to track a cellphone and plot its exact position. Its possible ( we hope ) to download photos, videos and sound bites onto that track. So if all goes well I shall post a link that will show the path walked/driven and photos taken on that track in their exacct positions. So if it all works, we are unsure about sat coms from the area, the forum members will have a tour through the battlefields with lots of photos and commentary. It hopefully will also be possible to have requests received for any particular area to be photographed, and a live feed being sent through.
We will only know in January, so stay tuned guys for a potential Xmas present for all.
Regards
Frank ( Springbok) |

| "Feliz Navidad!"
Merry Christmas to one and all from 'deep in the heart of Texas' where it is going to be a sunny day.
May Santa Claus, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle, etc. bring you what your heart desires.
Peace and Joy!
