Yes it seems so , most unlike him , I think he was late with the Sep one , and possibly Aug as well ?? . scratch

Bad news I'm afraid Joe Quintrini, alias The1stLt, passed away three days ago following a bout of pneumonia. (From details posted on RDVC.)
