Well done Frank. It's worth taking a look through the rest of the company's stock on ebay. I think they may have acquired some remainders from the old D&PG Publishing and there are a few more AZW titles, including a very nice hardback reprint of the Narrative (but just a handful of each). I have bought four in total!

Be in no doubt the packaging is a sight to behold! It took me ages to break into the parcel which had so much plastic tape binding it up I am sure the authorities took a close interest. So I imagine that it will be impervious to crocodile attack or a rampaging herd of wildebeest in your neck of the woods.

Steve,

It is the troops of baboons in Frank’s neck of the woods you have to worry about, they’ll unwrap it for sure!

Frank,

We did wonder why Her Ladyship has postponed her reece until the votes are in...

‘Nuff said.

I saw an article recently about postal workers keeping chickens in the sorting shelves, I hope your sorting office is nowhere near Boulders Beach!

He was to produce a second book in 1886, he didn't because he was pressured, but I wasn't.

Hi Frank
Yes it's criminal basically your postage system , and after seeing the chickens in the post office that seemed to be getting cared for.... where as the mail isn't ! , what does that tell you ? , I see JY mentioned it a week or so ago to you ? . I sent a book to a chap in J'burg , it was 1 day short of a year when it found it's way back to my place ! , I decided then I will not send anything else to Sth Africa . I'll take books with me if I'm selling any , and hopefully catch up with the locals that I know who may want to purchase some . Only 7 days to go before heading over again , meeting up with Cam and several others while I'm at Isandlwana Lodge . How have you been ? .
Cheers
Gary

Sorry Gary, just need to correct one thing. The chickens in the post office are an integral part of the delivery system, class 2 airmail actually. they are class 2 because they only fly in very short hops. Class 1 on the otherhand we use Ostriches, ah I hear you say, they cant fly either ! Your quite right, however they do run fast, faster than the chickens, hence Class1.
hope that clears things up. Shocked Joker

I sent a copy of one of my Studies books to someone in RSA four months ago. It arrived last week. And that was better timing than usual. Really!
