Any member blatantly corresponding in a deliberate and provoking manner will be removed from the forum as quickly as possible after the event.

We are all here to communicate and enjoy the various discussions and information on the Anglo Zulu War of 1879. Opinions will vary, you will agree and disagree with one another, we will have debates, and so it goes.

| ALLENG Wierd thing is I seldom go around that side of the mountain, Im in the South Peninsular. And Ive never noticed the top shape with the city removed. Clever Mr Aspinshaw

| Correct, its signel hill cape town, those companies based at cape castle would have seen it when they arrived, it bears a striking similarity to isandlwana, the last thing they saw. |

| Its Lions head, signal hill is the lower hill on the seaward side. Well done Neil Ive lived here for 40 years and never spotted the sinilarity.

There was a film location used in one of the Harry Potter films, I think somewhere in Scotland. there is a rock that looks very much like Isandlwana. I cannot find it anywhere. but it doe's exist. If anyone finds it please post.. |
