Sas1 has just posted the link. We wouldn't know if it legal or not. If its not legal, I'm sure we will know sooner or later. Perhaps David Payne would know.

Be careful with any program that asks if you want to allow changes to your computer. Chances are it will download a key logger or virus. I would strongly recommend not downloading. Your choice..
