Deceased.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Law of Property
Amendment Act, 1859.
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and
persons having any debts, claims or demands
upon or against the estate of George Wentworth
Forbes, deceased, late of the Army and Navy Club,
and the Glebe House, Brackley, in the county of
Northampton, Lieutenant-Colonel (retired) in His
Majesty's Army (who died on the 13th day of May,
1911, and whose will, with one codicil thereto, was
proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate
Division of the High Court of Justice, on the 21st
day'of June last, by "William Wentworth Forbes and
Allan Ernest Messer, the executors named in the
said will), are hereby required to send in particulars,
in writing, of their debts, claims or demands to us,
the undersigned, on or before the 31st day of July
next; and notice is hereby further given, that at the
expiration of such time the said executors will proceed
to administer tho estate and distribute the assets
of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled
thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands
of which the said executors shall then have had
notice; and that the said executors will not be liable
for the assets of the said deceased, or any part
thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of
whose claim or demand they shall then not have
had notice.—Dated this 29th day of June, 1911.
